Bilingual Inbound Telephone Agents

We consistently strive for 100% client satisfaction ratings and for callers to consistently experience superior service, which has been a key factor in our success. We have recently expanded into new markets and are looking for bilingual agents with the ability to speak English and one (or more) of the following languages:

Ø       French

Ø       Spanish

Ø       Portuguese

Agents will handle inbound calls for individuals wishing to be pre-screened for clinical research trials. Successful candidates will receive thorough training and are expected to achieve strong quality scores before they take live calls.

The Requirements

Our ideal candidate has excellent phone skills and a commitment to quality in everything they do. They also enjoy working in a team environment and are very comfortable using a computer. Previous experience in the medical field is an asset.

The Schedule

We operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week so a variety of shifts are available; we offer both Full and Part Time positions.
