Inbound Telephone Agents

We currently require high quality inbound agents. Agents will handle inbound calls for individuals wishing to be pre-screened for drug trials. Successful candidates will receive thorough training and are expected to achieve strong quality scores before they take live calls.

The Requirements

Our ideal candidate has excellent phone skills and a commitment to quality in everything they do. They also enjoy working in a team environment and are very comfortable using a computer. Previous experience in the medical field is an asset.
