This screen shot shows the main page from our referral management system. At a glance each site can see a summary of their referrals, the status of each and who needs to be addressed.

Referral Detail and Status Page
Clicking on a referral brings up the referral’s enrollment page. From here sites can review the full referral detail report, update the progress of the referral in the enrollment process, and ask us to call the referral to follow up. This very simple site is very powerful for the sites and we get far better updating results using this system than by faxed update requests alone.
