Claire Driscoll & Associates, Inc. Names Chief Financial Officer

Claire Driscoll & Associates, Inc. has named Wayne Love as the firm's Chief Financial Officer. In this position, Love will be responsible for all financial functions associated with the firm including treasury management, strategic financial planning, financial procedures and records, and overseeing compliance with all finance-related laws and regulations. He will also serve as Privacy Officer for the firm, ensuring that Claire Driscoll & Associates, Inc. complies with United States HIPAA regulations and Canadian PIPEDA regulations.

Love, who has over 25 years of successful business and accounting experience, cofounded the firm with Claire Driscoll in 2004 to meet the growing demand for call center services to the clinical research industry across North America. As co-founder, he is responsible for dayto- day accounting functions, human resource functions, financial planning, and business management.
