SAINT JOHN, N.B. – Claire Driscoll & Associates announced today the appointment of Burns MacMillan as Operations Manager effective October 29, 2007. Mr. MacMillan will direct the operations of CD&A and lead the growth expected to occur in the next months and years.
Mr. MacMillan has worked the better part of 10 years in the Call Center industry with relevant experience from other industries in the 15 years prior.
Mr. MacMillan most recently served as the Manager of Training and Development for ICT Group and was responsible for the training, coaching and mentoring of over 50 training professionals in 5 call centers employing some 2,500 people. His strengths include leadership, change management, and process and team development. Mr. MacMillan holds university degrees in arts and education. He is a licensed teacher and is certified in instructional design.
